A beat, stroke, Ar.Ec.257 (sens. obsc.):— also κροῦσμα AP6.27 (Theaet.), Poet.de herb.121, Porph.Abst.1.43; κρούσμασι καὶ στρέμμασι blows and sprains, Paul.Aeg.3.78, cf.
