εὔζωμον: τό, φυτὸν οὗ τὰ σπέρματα ἐχρησίμευον παρὰ τοῖς ἀρχαίοις ὡς παρ’ ἡμῖν τὰ τοῦ σινάπεως. - Ἡ λέξις διετηρήθη ἐφθαρμένη ἐν τῷ πληθυν., διότι ὁ λαὸς τὰ εὔζωμα ὀνομάζει σήμερον «ζούματα», ἀλλὰ συνηθέστερον τὸ εὔζωμον ὀνομάζεται «ῥόκα», ἡ Θεοφρ. π.
