C.), Pl.Ly.208b, X.HG5.4.42, Hyp.Lyc.5.—In codd. freq. misspelt ὀρεοκόμος, as in Pl.l.c., Poll.7.183, Hsch. ; the latter also cites a form ὀρειοκόμος, which may be an Ep. spelling of Ορη (ϝ) οκόμος, the older form implied by ὀρεωκόμος.
