ἔνι: Difference between revisions

The [[opinion]] of [[many]] (e. g. Fritzsche on Mark, p. 642; Meyer on Galatians, the [[passage]] cited; cf. Ellicott ibid.) [[that]] [[ἔνι]] is a [[contracted]] [[form]] for ἐνεστι is opposed by the [[like]] [[use]] of [[παρά]], [[ἀνά]], [[which]] [[can]] [[hardly]] be supposed to be [[contracted]] from [[πάρεστι]], ἀνεστι; cf.
