Morb.2.14 (but σανδᾰράκ-κη Superf.32), Dsc.5.105, Gal.17(1).834, Alciphr.1.33, etc.    2 an orange pigment made therefrom, Thphr.Lap.40, 50. (Assyr. šindu ar[kudot ]u 'green paint', i.e. yellow sulphide of arsenic, orpiment, cf. ἀρσενικόν.)    II bee-bread, Arist.HA626a7.
