   A skilled in arms, χαλκεομήστορος Ἕκτορος, restored by Burges in E.Tr.271 (lyr.) from Hsch. (χαλκεομίστωρ· ἰσχυροφόρος, i. e. χαλκεομήστορος· ἰσχυρόφρονος).

χαλκεομήστωρ: ὁ, πεπειραμένος εἰς τὰ ὅπλα, χαλκεομήστορος Ἕκτορος, κατὰ διόρθωσιν τοῦ Burges ἐν Εὐρ. Τρῳ. 271, ἐκ τοῦ Ἡσυχ. (παρ’ ᾧ φέρεται «χαλκεομήστορος· ἰσχυρόφρονος»)· τὰ Ἀντίγραφα ἔχουσι χακλεομίτορος· ― πρβλ. δοριμήστωρ ἐντεσιμήστωρ.
