[[candanaḥ]]) would like to change in a as hypothetic <b class="b2">*candana-rāga-</b> [[sand-coloured]]. -- The variation [[κ]]\/[[χ]] points to a Pre-Greek word. Cf. on [[σάνδυξ]].
