(against it Messing Lang. 30, 107), Deroy Glotta 35, 173ff. After Kretschmer Sprache 2, 152 ff. [[λαβύρινθος]] in the meaning [[terraced building]] (Apollotemple in Didyma) perhaps a contamination with [[λαύρα]](?). - New theory by Gallavotti Par. del Pass. 12, 161 ff.: because of Myc. [[dapu₂rito]] = [[λαβύρινθος]] from <b class="b3">*δαβύρινθος</b> as <b class="b2">protoidg.</b> to [[θάπτω]] etc.
