The form <b class="b3">δαόν πολυχρόνιον</b> H. can be <b class="b3">*δϜα-ι̯όν</b>, perh. also <b class="b3">*δαϜόν</b>, belonging directly to OCS [[dav-ьnъ]] [[old]] (Latte gives [[δα]]<[[ναι]]>[[όν]]). - Further s.
