He urges that the boy is entitled to half the estate: P. ἰσχυρίζεται τῷ παιδὶ τοῦ ἡμικληρίου προσήκειν (Isae. 83). Entitled to: use adj., P. and V. κύριος (infin.), δίκαιος (infin.).
