v. trans.
Use P. ἐπιβιοῦν; see also survive. He outlived (the beginning of the war) by two, years and six months: P. ἐπεβίω δύο ἔτη καὶ μῆνας ἕξ (Thuc. 2, 65). I outlived the whole (of the war): P. ἐπεβίων διὰ παντὸς (τοῦ πολέμου) (Thuc. 5, 26).
