   A unconquered, unconquerable, Hes. Th.489, Tyrt.11.1, Thgn.491, Pi.P.4.91, S.Ant.781, Ph.78, E.Andr. 997, etc. Adv. -τως Phld.Ir.p.67 W., Hsch. s.v. ἀτρώτως.—Poet., but used by Gorg.Fr.11, Pl.R.375b, X.Cyn.1.17, and in later Prose, LXX 2 Ma.11.13, Plu.Alex.14, etc.; λεύκη ἀ., name of a plaster, Crito ap.Gal.12.487.    II ἀνίκητον, τό, = ἄνηθον, dill, Anethum graveolens, anethum Plin.HN20.186, Ps.-Dsc.3.58.2. = σμῖλαξ τραχεῖα, Id.4.142.
