   A upper in point of place, inland (v. ἄνω (B) A. 11.1f), Act.Ap.19.1.    2 of a medicine, given by the mouth, τροχίσκος Archig. ap. Aët.9.42, cf. Cass.Fel.48.    II τὸ -κόν medicine which takes effect upwards, emetic, Hp.Superf.29, Gal.10.969.
