a primitive root (compare חָגָּא, חוּג); properly, to move in a circle, i.e. (specifically) to march in a sacred procession, to observe a festival; by implication, to be giddy: celebrate, dance, (keep, hold) a (solemn) feast (holiday), reel to and fro.
