Chantraine Gramm. hom. 1, 365). In the last case the verb is primary (and to be connected with <b class="b3">ῥῶσαι</b>, <b class="b3">ἔρρωμαι</b>, <b class="b3">ῥώννυμι</b>?), in the first case however a lengthened deverhative, which formally better than semantically agrees with <b class="b3">ῥέω</b> (Schwyzer 349 a. 722); cf. the considerations on <b class="b3">πλώω</b> -- On <b class="b3">ῥωσκομένως</b> s.
