(sc. vicus), Sandal-street, Shoemakers'-street: in Sandaliario forte apud librarios fuimus, Gell. 18, 4, 1; cf. VICVS, Inscr. Grut. p. 79, 5.—Sandaliarius signifies also a sandal-maker in Inscr.
