A put to bed, Hsch.; esp. of cattle, fold, ποιμένων κοιταζόντων πρόβατα LXX Je.40(33).12; cause to rest, ποῦ ποιμαίνεις, ποῦ -άζεις ἐν μεσημβρίᾳ; ib.Ca.1.7. 2 Med., Dor. aor. ἐκοιταξάμην, go to bed, sleep, ἀνὰ βωμῷ θεᾶς κοιτάξατο νύκτα Pi.O.13.76, cf.
