ή, όν, ἐλεινός h.Cer.284, Att. (Eup.25) and Trag. (v. infr.), but ἐλεεινός Men.Sam.156 Pap.: written ἐλεηνός in LXXDa.9.23, 10.11: (ἔλεος):—
