   A = τίς, only in form ἁμωσγέπως in some way or other, Ar.Th.429, Lys.13.7, Pl.Prt.323c, Epicur. Fr.607, etc. (Cf. ἁμός B.)

ἁμῶς: ἢ ἀμῶς, ἐπίρρ. ἐκ τοῦ ἀπηρχαιωμ. ἁμός = τίς, μόνον ἐν τῷ τύπῳ ἀμωσγέπως (διαφθαρὲν εἰς ἄλλως γέ πως Ἰακωψ.
