ὁ (on the accent v. Hdn.Gr.1.231), Ar.Nu.451, expld. as

   A = κρουσιμέτρης, from μάτιον, τό, trifle, scrap, by Sch.ad loc.: ματαιολοιχός· ὁ περὶ τὰ μικρὰ πανοῦργος καὶ λίχνος, Hsch.:—Bentley cj. ματτυολοιχός (in both places), v. ματτύη.
