Ti. 84e), i.e. <b class="b2">spasmodic curvature of the upper body inward</b> (cf. <b class="b3">λόρδωσις</b>, <b class="b3">-ωμα</b> above); but <b class="b2">lorc̣-k`</b> must be derived from IE <b class="b2">*lor(d)-sk-(i</b>)-.
