A freezing, benumbing, τιὼν (sc. Mithridates) φάρμακον ἀσθενές τε καὶ μάλκιον Anon. ap. Suid.: Sup., τόδε μοι μαλκίστατον ἦμαρ Call.Fr.anon.45:—Hsch. has μαλκιώτατον· μαλακώτατον, and μαλκόν· μαλακόν; the latter is cj. in Poet. ap. Sch.Nic.Th.382.
