Know this and inscribe it on your mind: V. ταῦτʼ ἐπίστω καὶ γράφου φρενῶν ἔσω (Soph., Phil. 1325). Inscribe geometrically (one figure in another): P. ἐντείνειν (τι εἴς τι).
