Fritter away (time): P. κατατρίβειν; see waste. Throw away for nothing: P. προΐεσθαι. P. and V. προπίνειν. You will recover what has been frittered away: P. τὰ κατερρᾳθυμημένα πάλιν ἀναλήψεσθε (Dem. 42).
