ἧς ἂν ἐπ' ἐλάχιστον ἀρετῆς πέρι ἢ ψόγου ἐν τοῖς ἄρσεσι κλέος ᾖ → of whom there is least talk either for praise or blame, of whom there is least notoriety among the men either for praise or blame
