Med. and Pass., ὠδινησάμην, -ήθην, Aq.Ps.113(114).7, Pr.8.25:—to have the pains of childbirth, be in travail, ὡς δ' ὅταν ὠδίνουσαν ἔχῃ βέλος ὀξὺ γυναῖκα Il.11.269; ὠδίνειν τρομέω· χαλεπὸν βέλος Εἰλειθυίας Theoc.27.29, cf.
