A. 1, 720 Serv.—Hence, Ăcīdălĭus, a, um, adj., pertaining to Venus: ludit Acidalio nodo, with the girdle of Venus, Mart. 6, 13: arundo, id. 9, 14: ales, i. e. a dove, Carm. ad Pis. 79.
