   A beam in framework of ἑλέπολις, Bito 53.4.    2 spear, Lyc.1001.    3 baker's board, EM764.35:—so perh. in Lyc.641 (unless the sense is more general, v. Sch.).    4 handle of an oar, Hsch. s.v. τρόπηκος; or gunwale on which the rowlocks are fixed, IG22.1604.40 (iv B. C.), EM764.36.—τράφηξ seems to be the true form; but τράπηξ, τρόπηξ, τροφῆς are found in cod. of Hsch.
