   A with hair on the head, long-haired, epith. of the Achaians, Il.2.11, al. (sed divisim scrib.): Com. metaph., ἐχῖνοι κ. ἀκάνθαις Matro Conv.18:—hence Verb καρηκομόω, coined by Diog.Ep.19.
