Perhaps here also <b class="b3">θρυ-λέω</b>, <b class="b3">θρῦ-λος</b>; s. also [[θρέομαι]]. The variation <b class="b3">θορυβ-</b> (from <b class="b3">*θαρυβ-</b>?), <b class="b3">τον-θρυ-</b>, <b class="b3">θρυ(λ</b>)- suggests a Pre-Greek word (Fur. 229, 381).
