I That may be drunk, drinkable (rare but class.).—Subst. plur.: pōtŭlen-ta, ōrum, n., drinkables, drinks: gustatus habitat in eā parte oris, quā esculentis et potulentis iter natura patefecit, Cic. N. D. 2, 56, 141: esculenta omnia et potulenta, Gell. 17, 11, 2; cf. Q. Scaevola ap. Gell. 4, 1, 17.—
