A παρέπτησαν Id.Iamb.Fr.9.327 P.:—fly alongside, κορώνη . . ἤδη πετομένων [τῶν νεοττῶν] σιτίζει παραπετομένη Arist.HA563b12 ; τὰς π. μυίας Id.Pol. 1323a29. 2 fly past, of specks before the eyes, Gal.1.363. 3 escape, AP6.19 (Jul.). 4 fly to, ἡμῖν ἑρπετὸν παρέπτατο Semon. 13, cf.
