P. and V. κερασφόρος (Plat.), V. κεράστης, εὔκερως, εὔκραιρος, κεροφόρος. Fem. adj., V. κεραστίς, κεροῦσσα (Soph., Frag. and Eur., Frag.). Horned like an ox: V. βούκερως (Soph., Frag.). He made sore havoc of the horned beasts: V. ἔκειρε πολύκερων φόνον (Soph., Aj. 55).
