[Seite 1546] rudern, das Schiff mit Rudern fortbewegen, Zonas 7 (VII, 365). Nach Hesych. auch κεκώπευται ὁ στρατός, von einem schlagfertigen Heere, wo der Soldat die Hand an den Schwertgriff legt. Bei demselben steht auch κεκώπηται ἡ ναῦς, von κωπάω od. κωπέω. Vgl. Att. Seew. 2, 73.
