ίδος, ἡ, 1 (with and without ναῦς) sacred ship, which carried the θεωροί to their destination, Hdt.6.87, cf. Call.Del.314: metaph., ἄστολος θ., of Charon's bark, A.Th.858 (lyr.). 2 (sc. ὁδός) road by which the θεωροί went, Hsch. II pl.,= Βάκχαι, Id., cf. Plb.30.25.12; of attendants of Apollo, Nonn.D.9.261.
