A baked in a pan (κρίβανος), of bread, Ar.Fr.125, Epich.52, Amips.5, Sophr.27 (also κλ- Id.28), Gal.6.489, etc.; ὁ κ. (sc. ἄρτος) loaf so baked, Ar.Ach.1123: hence, comicallv, βοῦς κ. ib.87.
