A disputed at law, liable to be made the subject of a process at law (cf. ἀνεπίδικος), ἐ. τινί ἐστιν ὁ κλῆρος Is.3.3,43, cf. 11.10; μὴ ἐ. εἶναι τὸν κλῆρον D.44.46. Adv. -κως, ἀνυέσθω Petos. ap. Vett.Val.128.27. II.
