Ar. and P. express by κοτύλη, ἡ (dry or liquid measure) equals about half-a-pint. Two pints: Ar. and P. χοῖνιξ, ἡ (dry measure). Six pints: Ar. and P. χοῦς, ὁ (liquid measure).
