Στην ελληνική μυθολογία η Κλεισιθήρα ή Κλεισιθύρα ήταν θυγατέρα του Ιδομενέα, βασιλιά της Κρήτης. Μητέρα της Κλεισιθήρας ήταν η Μήδα. Ο Ιδομενέας είχε μνηστεύσει την κόρη του με τον θετό του γιο, τον Λεύκο, τέκνο του Τάλω. Ο Λεύκος όμως, τον καιρό που ο Ιδομενέας απουσίαζε στην Τροία, σκότωσε την Κλεισιθήρα και τη Μήδα.
