Herc. fur. 330. – 2) nicht durchs Loos erhalten, wie ἀπο. τυγχάνω, Eur. Ion. 621; Plut. Cat. min. 6; ἐβουλόμην ἂν μὴ ἀπολαχεῖν αὐτὸν κριτήν Lys. 4, 3, daß er durchs Loos zum Richter bestimmt wäre.
