   A loudly, Phot.: hence aor. 1 inf. ἰβυκινῆσαι, shout, TeleclId.58 (ἰβυκηνίσαι EM464.44): but Subst. ἰβυκανητής, οῦ, ὁ,= βυκανητής, trumpeter, read by Suid. in Plb.2.29.6 (βυκανητῶν, βυκανιτῶν codd.). Ion. words, acc. to Hsch.: derived from the poet Ibycus, Suid.
