αἱ, hieß ein Gedicht des Hesiod, der Katalog der Heldenfrauen, Hesych., μεγάλαι ἠοῖαι Paus. 9.31.5, 2.16.4 und öfter, weil die einzelnen Abteilungen, in denen eine neue Heroine eingeführt wurde, mit den Worten ἢ οἵη anfingen.
