1 sans remède, d’une façon incurable ; ἀνηκέστως λέγειν ESCHN parler sans s’arrêter;
2 avec cruauté, avec atrocité : ἀνηκέστως διατιθέναι HDT traiter avec barbarie.
Étymologie: ἀνήκεστος.
