I a kind of tumor, meliceris (the yellow matter of which looks like honey): melilotos contra meliceridas efficax, Plin. 21, 20, 87, § 151.—In sing., Veg. Vet. 2, 30 (in Cels. 5, 26, 20, called μελίκηρα).
