A beyond youth, elderly, ἀνὴρ ἀπηλικέστερος Hdt.3.14, cf. Hp.Mul.2.120, Alciphr.1.6; ἀφηλικεστάτην Pherecr.206: acc. to Phryn.PSp.1 B., only in Comp. and Sup.; but Posit. in h.Cer.140, Cratin.369, Phryn.Com.67 (who used it of young persons, cf. ἀφηλικεστέραν· νεωτέραν, Hsch., and so later Aristobul.Jud. ap. Eus.PE8.10). II minor, infant, in law, POxy. 487.5.
