Am.7; to be on a visit, εἰς Ὀξύρυγχα Mitteis Chr.8.2 (iii B.C.); ἐ. τινί to be entertained by one, A.R.l.c., Plu.2.250a; Σοφοκλεῖ ζῶντι Ἀσκληπιὸν . Id.Num.4; παρά τισι Sammelb.6262 (iii A.D.).    2. have hospitable relations with, be intimate with, ἐπεξενῶσθαι πολλοῖς D.50.56, cf.
