A go, come, Il.5.790,15.640 (in Iterat. οἴχνεσκον, -εσκε); of birds, Od.3.322 ; walk, i. e. live, ἀνύμφευτος αἰὲν οἰχνῶ S.El.165 (lyr.). II like οἴχομαι, to be gone, τηλωπὸς οἰχνεῖ Id.Aj.564 ; θυραῖος οἰ. Id.El.313. III c. acc. pers., approach, Pi.P.5.86 : c. acc. rei, Id.Fr.75.5 :—in form οἰχνεύω, Id.Fr.206 (where ἰχνεύων codd.
