Morb.2.47, Cratin.187, Ar.Av.361, Antiph. 163.5(v.l.), Eub.65, Inscr.Délos 407.18 (ii B.C.), etc.    2 pl., a kind of harmonica made of saucers of different materials struck with a wooden hammer, Phlp. in de An.353.13 (ὀψόβ-codd.), Suid.s.v.Διοκλῆς.    II as a measure, the fourth part of a κοτύλη, about 1/8 of a pint, μέλιτος Alex.172.11, cf. Thphr.HP9.11.7, al., Nic.Th.598, Dsc.3.27. (The form ὀξόβαφον BGU781 iii 5 (i A.D.), PMed.Strassb.p.7 K., is condemned by Phryn. PSp.97 B.)
