ὁ γὰρ ἀποθανὼν δεδικαίωται ἀπὸ τῆς ἁμαρτίας → anyone who has died has been set free from sin, the person who has died has been freed from sin, someone who has died has been freed from sin (Romans 6:7)

   A wool-tufted reed, Erianthus Ravennae, Ar.Ra.244 (lyr.), Fr.24, Pherecr.127, Arist.HA627a8, Thphr.HP4.8.1, etc.:—Ion. φλοῦς, acc. φλοῦν, q. v. (11), cf. φλόϊνος.—Thphr. has nom. φλεώς HP4.10.1, acc. φλεώ 4.8.1, but φλεών 4.10.4, gen. φλεώ ibid., al.; gen. φλέως is f.l. in Pherecr. l.c.    II = ἀπόκυνον, Ps.-Dsc.4.80.
