A running, τροχαλὸν δὲ γέροντα τίθησιν makes him run quick, Hes.Op. 518 (but v. infr. 11); Μοιράων τροχαλώτερε AP7.681 (Pall.); τ. ὄχοι swift-rolling, E.IA146 (anap.). Adv. -λῶς Gloss. II round, AP 5.34 (Rufin), Nic.Th.589, etc.; and in Hes. l.c., Eust. and others interpret it by κυρτός, bowed, bent; cf. τρόχμαλος.
